Correct, only relevant to volume sellers participating. Although indirectly all sellers fund programs like this, hence the cycle of increases as of late which are being used to fund marketing programs.
Regular sellers that sell in more mainstream categories should be more concerned about the direction guided search will be taking as guided searches will likely be much more price focused then best match is today.
