Error on Combined Shipping Invoice

Hi there!

During over a month, every time after I send combined shipping invoice to a buyer, I cannot see an order details page. It sais "ERROR - UNABLE_TO_GET_DATA_FROM_SERVICE". A buyer cannot see updated shipping cost as well.

Every time I have to call to support center, have a 20 min conversation, and they adjust invoice manually. I tried different browsers and even computers with the same result. Nobody can tell me what's happening, and why!

I've seen that same error but I didn't associate it with a combined shipping invoice being sent. I have only noticed it on my husband's account so I will have to ask him if he has only seen it when there was more than one item purchased.  I know that the buyers have paid in those situations though so they must have been able to see the invoice.

This may not be a propos, but if you are adjusting an invoice-- DON'T HIT RECALCULATE.
