What should I be putting on the "Sender's Ref and Importer's Ref" section?.

Not a clue. I print my labels, with a discount, from Paypal Shipping and all info auto-fills.

You don't have to put anything, let it empty, just sign the sender signature and drop your parcel to PO or street box.

I have never dropped mine to PO unless it didn't fit the street box.
