GRRR Check Your Communications preferences.

I have always recieved invites to the promotions.I did not for the last few. I checked my preferences and the box for promotions has unchecked itself!!!

I called ebay they have no idea how this could possibly happen.

Right you are!  I see there are actually 2 boxes. Mine were unchecked, although I can't recall ever checking them "on" in the first place.  I hope this doesn't mean I'll now get a flood of useless general promotional junk...:-(

It happens to me all the time Nan, on both my accounts. I check them about once a week, although lately they seem OK. I have everything checked off but still doesn't help - don't have an invites to free promos lately.

Oops, posted too soon. Just checked my store and under Comm. Preferences the "Promotional & Educational pages display" is unchecked AGAIN. Reset and saved it - again.

Not sure which one is the right one in order to get on the list for emails about free promotion invites but I've been checking off and saving them all - just in case!

I have no idea why some of them uncheck themselves!

I see General email promotions by don't see anything called "Seller email promotions". Where is that one?

I guess I may have been invited and did not know it - I have always wondered where the free listing credits came from and know I know why.
