How do I show a 10% discount on my listings

Can any one tell me how  sellers create a discount listing, ie:  item listed at $2 and then a line is drawn through the price and then a 10% discount is listed and a new price of $1.80 shows up.  How is this created?

It is a feature available to sellers with a subscription to a store. It is achieved through the 'markdown manager'.
