I have over 200 listings and I don't believe I have world exposure

I checked a some of your listings and you don't have shipping set for anywhere except to Canada.

So, yes, no one outside of Canada will see those listings.

Sellers are not guaranteed  worldwide exposure.  Listings may be seen on different sites if they ship to that country but there are no guarantees.  However, if you list on .com or .ca and ship to Canada and the US, your listings will be shown on both sites.  But your listings show shipping to Canada only so the only site they will be seen on is eBay.ca.
