This is extremely weird. Looking at the case details for an INR, the message history (under the heading 'Here's What Happened' shows three messages - the first from the buyer, then my response, and then a message that seems to be from a seller in the UK responding to a completely different case!
I had been waiting for a response from the buyer, and now I'm not so sure ebay's message system is even working correctly. Anyone else have this happen? What should I do?
