Item as not described case

A case of item as not described was open against me.

Buyer claim the scarf was dirty and want the full refund including shipping without sending the item back to me (for her it is too expensive to send back)

I replied the case by asking her to send me the picture the dirty part so I could examine and probably issue refund what she want.

It has been 3 days since I replied, but I haven't hear from her.

What the best thing to do?

When I check the case detail, it said to wait the buyer action.

Keep waiting. Often, cases are started and abandoned in situations just like this.

Do not write unless instructed to do so.
