What is the Promotion? All existing selling limits on your account (as well as category and item limits) still apply, and may prevent you from creating the maximum number of listings in this Promotion. Who's eligible? This Promotion is available to invited sellers using the qualifying eBay user ID who: (i) received a phone call or email; and (ii) meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards. Please sign in to My eBay and view your Seller Dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards. This promotion is not transferrable. When is it?
For listings in the US on www.ebay.com, this Promotion starts on the stated date communicated to you, at 00:00:01 PT (12:00AM plus one second, Pacific Time), and will end on the stated date communicated to you, at 23:59:59 PT (11:59PM plus 59 seconds, Pacific Time); for listings in Canada on www.ebay.ca, this Promotion starts on the stated date communicated to you, at 00:00:01 ET (12:00AM plus one second, Eastern Time), and will end on the stated date communicated to you, at 23:59:59 ET (11:59PM plus 59 seconds, Eastern Time) (the "Promotion Period").
This Promotion is subject to ongoing performance evaluations which may shorten or extend the Promotion Period. eBay reserves the right to remove a seller from the promotion at any time if the seller is not meeting incremental listing expectations or other expectations as defined by eBay. Please refer to your Promotional Offers module within My eBay: All Selling for details on your specific Promotion Period each month.
How do I get the Promotional Rate? Sellers that have been invited to participate in the Promotion will automatically receive the Promotional Rate when they create Qualifying Listings with the sellers qualifying eBay user ID on the US site at www.ebay.com, eBay Motors at www.ebay.com/motors (Parts & Accessories and Automotive Tools & Supplies only), or eBay Canada at www.ebay.ca through the Sell Your Item form, eBay Seller Tools, eBay Mobile applications, and most third-party tools. Please note, the Promotional Rate may not be shown during the listing process. Instead, the discount will be reflected in the "Seller Account" section in My eBay, under the Account tab, as well as in your next invoice. What are the fees?
During the Promotion Period, there will be no insertion fee per item listed for up to 50,000 listings per month during the Promotion Period in the fixed price format with the Good 'Til Cancelled duration. Please note, after the Promotion Period ends, listing renewals will count toward your monthly listing allotment if available, or will be charged the standard insertion fee rates.
The Promotion does not apply to final value fees or optional advanced listing upgrade and supplemental service fees. Final value fees will be applied to the total amount of the sale, including the cost of the item, shipping, and any other fees a seller may charge — excluding any sales tax. Fees for optional listing upgrades (such as reserve price, Gallery Plus, listing in 2 categories, etc.) still apply. For listing in 2 categories, you will be charged at standard rates for the second category. Please note, not all upgrades are available in all listing flows. The Promotion is in addition to the free listings per month as part of the everyday rate plan.
Additional Restrictions & Exclusions
- For listings on www.ebay.ca, this Promotion is eligible only for listings with Canadian Dollars specified as the currency.
- The following categories are excluded from the Promotion: eBay Motors Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Boats, Powersports, Other Vehicles & Trailers, Motors Local Market, Real Estate, Classified Ad listings, Heavy Equipment, Concession Trailers & Carts, Imaging & Aesthetics Equipment, and Commercial Printing Presses.
- All listings must comply with eBay policies, including eBay's Duplicate Listing policy that allows for the removal of duplicate fixed price listings.
- The Promotion excludes listings with a start date prior to, or after the Promotion Period. However, Good ‘Til Cancelled listings that renew during the Promotion Period are eligible for the Promotion.
