'Promoted Listings?'

Found a link on my Seller Manager Summary at the bottomish left that promises me Promoted Listings. 

It goes nowhere.

Promoted listing is by invitation only and only on ebay.com as far as I know.

Well, isn't that a kick to the seat of my trousers. You're right. The link is dead when I am logged into ebay.ca but then I go to ebay.com, it takes me to this:

If you'll watch the video for this program it becomes apparent that it is similar to the KDP Program for authors over at the river. I have used that program myself and it does work if you keep at it. It will mean a lot of additional jerking around, however. If you're comfortable with an environment that necessitates constant promotion of your items you'll be fine. The less tech-minded will likely be in tears though.
