I don't care about the feedback.  That is not the problem with sales to the listed countries.  What good is it to lose the money when the item "gets lost in the mail" - but not get negative feedback.  I will have great feedback when I declare bankruptcy.  

I am not sure why, but the buyers in some of these countries seem to like to take advantage of your refunds.  It is my feeling that they get the item but say they didn't.  Just my opinion.

Apparently that it available only to U.S. sellers as they have their own seller standards program and ours is the global program.

As much as I hate to lose money it is even more frustrating to lose the money and get a defect. I believe those seller will be protected from defects in some situations.

It's on the Canadian announcement board so I assume it applies to Canadian sellers.

It means nothing to me but for some sellers it will eliminate some of those "where is my item" defects. The list is reasonable although there are a few missing for sure that should be there (Malaysia, Indonesia, China) and a couple that don't really need to be there (Greece, Czech Republic).

Interesting...I didn't realize it was on our board now.  Last week the announcement was just on the U.S. boards so I asked the ebay .ca reps if that announcement applied to us and they said no...it was just for U.S. sellers.  Another case of the right and left hand not communicating I guess.

Unfortunately this is only for US sellers. These measures are in place to protect their performance standards against defects coming from sales they make via GSP.

Post 29  "In all honesty, everyone here at the eBay Canada office agrees with you that this should be prioritized with greater urgency, and it's not for lack of trying on our part. We continue to work towards this."
