Sporadic automatic relisting which includes insertion fees. Never checked the box on any of them.

It's random and it happens on about every 6th to 10th item that has ended and should have went to the unsold category but was relisted with a $0.25 fee. I have never checked that relist box on the listing items page. I sort of thought is was a scam and luckily didn't fall for it. But it's happening now anyway. Haven't check to see how long it's been going on.

This happens to us as well.

The problem starts when the item was last relisted. The check box checks itself once in a while. You have to look at the check box to make sure it is not checked.

We have called ebay about this but of course they have no idea what is going on and we do not think it will ever be fixed.
