I've just finished up CAN-CON 2014, a genre conference on science fiction, horror and fantasy, which specifically deals with new and aspiring writers and how to get published.

We had about 200 attendees, and four publishers who were taking pitches for novels.

Also an interesting guy from KOBO, explaining what they can do for writers who want to self-publish e-books.

About 60 hours of panels and events in all, from Blood Spatter Analysis by the Ottawa Police  to an NRC scientist explaining ten ways that time travel could work to Writing Romance (aka ladyporn, very well attended).

Hope your book is successful! Should we look for it on eBay or on Amazon?

Not sure about complete details,but will have 100 copies plus commission on what sells.
