buyer saying item is missing something

Guy saying I don't have a boot he has 2 ratings none left for people new buyer .He is complaining I did not give him the book in a game when I **bleep** well did he lives in the states and the game is 20$ so 10$ shipping total I don't want to do that.  i'm not sure what to do he has not left feedback and I don't want him returning the game without the book..

problem was resolved sometimes I get hostile to quick.. It's not good -_- and I can't delete this post if someone can close it.

Don't worry. The fact that you were able to resolve it with your customer quickly and let us know means that others in a similar situation know that communication is actually useful.
