I just found this recently and am passing it on as you should know what is on this report. Click on Seller Dashboard, click on % of your transaction had defects, at the bottom of this there is a highlighted for more details create a transaction defect report. if you feel something is not right you can phone and maybe it can be reversed if you do it soon enough.
