Before assuming anything and jumping to the obvious conclusion, check details of his feedback record (4) and feedback he has left for sellers.

If you do not like what you see, cancel the bid and block the buyer.

Aren't you a little tightly wound?  Buyer is in Spain. Could be a Spanish acronym?

People who don't speak English as first language may not know what a "scammer" is or what it means.

Many years ago there was a top curler  who won many Manitoba, and a few Canadian championships.

His name ... Mike Fink...

He carried his name Fink

---------------------------------------

By definition   fink is

: a person who is strongly disliked

or

: a person who gives information to the police or to some other authority about the bad behavior or criminal activity of someone else.

------------------------------------------------------------------

How about a person with the last name Hogg.... and her parents named her "Ima".... and she lived with that her whole life....

Sylvester Feik=syl Feik,  imagine a seller with that name selling Jewellery!

I think the OP would be happier with the name Hustler rather than Scammer.

Ima Hogg inherited enough money to soften the pain of her name.

Interesting lady.
