wrong payment information. Buyer can't pay

SOLD AN ITEM BUT SEEMS I HAVE ENTERED WRONG PAYMENT INFORMATION AND BUYER CAN'T PAY.?

 

I'M IN CANADA AND BUYER IS IN U.S. 

I'M NOT SURE WHAT ISSUE IS AND I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO HELP ME WITH THIS.

 

BUYER JUST EMAILED ME FEW DAYS AFTER ITEM SOLD AND WAS ACTUALLY RUDE ABOUT IT. BUT WHO CARES, I JUST WANT MY MONEY SO I CAN SHIP IT TO THEM.

wrong payment information. Buyer can't pay

Check to see what the incorrect email address is that you have on the sold listing and then add that address to your PayPal account. That should allow the money to be paid to you. Once you have rec'd the payment you can remove that address. Make sure that the address isn't showing up on any of your other listed items though.

Is it possible that you do not have a premier PP account and the buyer is trying to pay with a CC?

 

By the by, all caps is yelling.
