I don't often have problems with buyers, but I notice with a current unpaid item, that I have options should a buyer be difficult.

This is on the dropdown when the seller clicks on Report a Buyer.

If your buyer hasn't paid, please open an unpaid item case.

Buyer made unreasonable demands

Buyer abused a buyer protection program

Buyer misused returns

Other problems

My buyer isn't giving me any of these difficulties, but others may be reassured to know there are options.

I have only used this feature a couple of times.  I noticed this past week, though, that in the past 12 months eBay has removed 1 low DSR rating in each of the 4 categories.  Whether or not they were left by a buyer I reported or from multiple buyers I can't say, but something in the system must be working for sellers.

All the more reason to report problem buyers, but not excessively or eBay may take the option away.
