No.

Not yet.

Don't even think about selling outside North America until you have at least 10 Detailed Seller Ratings.

And in your category (phones?) perhaps even longer, since this is one of the highest fraud categories online.

When you have more experience, and your Paypal Hold on payments from your customers has been lifted, THEN move to selling overseas.

Meanwhile, work on learning all you can about secure shipping, including when tracking is and is not useful, how to deal with returns, and using custom locations.

If you want to get more sales-- add a few more pictures to your listings that show that you actually have the items in your possession. Set up a little personal photo shoot with a plain coloured tablecloth . Keep it neat and simple. You can still use the stock picture, just make it obvious that you are not selling from a dropshipper's catalogue.

That upgrade only guarantees that your listings will be shown on the uk site. Without it, your listings will be seen on .ca and .com as long as you have shipping set up to Canada and the US.  Your listings may be seen on other sites if your shipping is set up for those countries but there are no guarantees.

The other poster is correct....until you get more eBay experience it is not a good idea to sell overseas.  Phone sales to do tend to have more problems than other categories and right now you are selling to home high risk countries with low cost non trackable shipping methods..

Your listings show $35 shipping within Canada, which is overpriced and $35 to many other countries which is underpriced.  In some cases your listings are showing $135 to everywhere.  You need to spend some time looking at your listings to see how others see them and to explore shipping options thst are available to you. Have a look at other phone sellers listings too.

im not a doom and gloom type of person but if you continue to sell to some of those countries you could run onto some major problems.
