Cancelling a transaction

I just cancelled a transaction with a buyer and issued a refund, but the seller fees that I have to pay are still there, will they take those fees off?

EBay neevr refunds you FVF unless you make the move for any canceled transactions.

what if the buyer does not respond to the case at all? or what if the buyer disagrees to cancel the transaction?

It's happened to me many times...if they buyer is unresponsive, I believe after 7 days you automatically get the FVF refunded to your account. If the buyer disagrees - well, did they ask you for a refund or did they never make a payment to you? If they don't want the item and you refunded it, then I assume they didn't want the item in the first place and they somehow notified you they wanted the refund. In this case, I doubt they would disagree to the cancel sale request.
