Discounting my Prices

I have current listings on eBay that I would like to discount by 10% or 20%, but I can not find where to do that on my listing page?

Am I blind? Is it right in front of me? Please help Thanks in advance

You can add Best Offer option for fixed price items.

Download a version of Ebays Turbo lister, that option is available free when relisting with Turbolister.
