Feedback score did not go up

A buyer bought twice from me, he left positive feedback on november 23 for one item which bumped my feedback score up to 82. Yesterday he left positive feedback for another item and it stayed at 82, the items were separate and not from an invoice on a whole, so what might explain why my feedback didn't go up to 83?
