Are you asking how to sell with variations? That's where you put up a listing for same items, but in, say, different colours, and the buyer can click a drop-down menu to choose which one.

Listing on the American ebay site may offer you more category options than the Canadian ebay, so if this is what you had in mind it may depend what you are selling.
