Today I received notification from eBay that stated we cannot sell crocodile products anymore otherwise we are risking a suspension. There are approximately 15,000 crocodile wallets currently being sold on eBay. Accorded to CITES Appendix II we can import/export restricted species in question as long as we have the proper document issued by the government of origin, in our case Thailand. We have the proper papers. According to the agent I talked with at eBay we have already lost the case and are unable to appeal.
Does anybody have more information about cases like ours?
