If you use the Sell Your Item form, yes, there is a ten cent charge.

I've never used it, so I don't know how long it would last. I gather some sellers use it for to make auctions end at the 'right' time.

If you use TurboLister there is no charge for this.

You can control the time your listings start and end by scheduling them in advance.

You can schedule up to 3,000  listings as much as 3 weeks in advance.

According to the current fee chart, doing this is free (it used to be 10 cents).

But if you have a store it still shows as 10 cents.
