Seller Fee Refund After Account was Suspended

Hi,

I was attempting to sell an item on eBay for $400. I had someone who was interested and the item ended up being sold (but buyer had not paid yet). My account was then suspended (it turns out the automatic review system flagged me for using a stock image as the listing photo), however, I ended up paying the $40 seller fee for the listing, which was cancelled when I was suspended. I contacted customer support and the issue was resolved, however the listing was still removed, and the sale did not go through. I was just wondering if eBay will automatically refund this $40 fee or if I will have to contact customer support again.

Thanks.

Our fees are usually adjusted at time of billing, which happens once a month. The bill is then due a couple of weeks later.

I get my monthly bill around the 5th, and the payment comes out of my Paypal account around the 15th. I gather the date varies from seller to seller.
