Shipping calculator not working when listing sale item.

Shipping calculator not working when I list an item for sale and enter all details for domestic sale, and for US sale (other international buyers to contact me for shipping costs).  Have contacted EBay 6 times for last 3 weeks, they say there is a technical problem and will let me know when fixed, or what to do differently, as everything seems to be properly completed/entered when they check. 

I suspect a problem on Canada Post side.

Is anyone else having this problem?    How did they fix it?  Any other comments as I am getting madder then you know what!

Use metric measurements.

There is a difference between domestic and US package dimensions in parcel services.

The easy fix is to add a centimetre to your domestic measurements. This will not change the Canadian rate.

And do use metric. Canada Post went metric in 1974. Any other measures are approximate guesswork.
