How do I put a hold on ebay business if I become ill or want to go on Vacay?

In case of sickness (God forbid) or let's say I wanted to go away for a few days..what do I do with Ebay? Is there a way to put things on hold without harming your rep provided bids that are already placed are still being handled? Any thoughts or ideas on this?

I guess planning ahead is one answer, but what about something unexpected?

If you have a store, you can Place your Store on vacation

You can't put auctions on Hold.

Since you don't have a Store, all you can do is End your lsitings.

They will then go to your Unsold List for up to 90 days.

When you get back you can use Sell Similar to relist them.

If you have a bid on an auction which will close while you are away, you should Cancel that bid before you End the auction, unless you are willing to sell for that bidder's showing bid.

There is a mechanism to put all your items on hold until you want to list them again. You don't need to be a store! I am looking for the process now but the search engine is crude and unless you hit the proper phrasing or words, it doesn't appear. I am looking under Customer Support but am also looking at item titles on the side within my account. Keep looking we'll find it.
