Well, it says Made in the USA.

So buy one, read the label, Google the manufacturer.

Order a couple of hundred.

If you are not asked for your resell number/tax number/ import license number, you are paying retail.

Manufacturers get tax rebates when they sell for resale, since there will be a higher retail sales tax on the item. Exporters have similar rebates.
