auction item to germany

I sold an auction item to a customer in Germany, I printed the order, wrapped and addressed the parcel, and waitied for the fellow to pay. I send him a note saying that the shipping was ground tranporation. I get paid some 4 hours later, and the buyer is now from Latvia. How did that happen? What do I do? Won't the fellow in Germany get angry?

Your buyer is probably living in Latvia, but buying through eBay Germany.

As long as you ship to the address on the PAYPAL payment (not the eBay one) you are covered.

The time to worry is when a buyer emails you with an address that is not on his Paypal account. This does not seem to be the case here.
