Potential buyer makes an offer, you as seller either accept (sale occurs) or reject (no sale).
If you reject, you have the option of making a counter-offer (which the potential buyer has the option of accepting or rejecting).
You can set up your listing to automatically reject offers that are too low.
You can also set up your listing to automatically accept offers above a certain price point.
