why I only can sell my item for local when I first time listing item?

I first time listing my item for sell today .But I found that I only can sell item for local.not all Canada and US. Second,I can not use tool for checking shipping cost because the listing show me only pick up for local customer.

why ?

HI there, have you tried un-checking the "pick up only" option you should be able to sell world wide if you want to, there are exceptions  for world wide  eg: DVD's which aren't compatble with other countries,  food animals etc, there's more info in seller tools.

There are two Sell Your Item forms.

Are you trying to use the one pager?

Don't.

Find the two page form which is more detailed.

But before that, do some buying on eBay so that you build feedback (trust) and learn about the customer experience. Buy at least 10 items including one or two from overseas and five from the USA.
