Most emails have a Deleted or Trash folder. Did you check to see if it is there?

Did you use your eBay account to buy?

Then look for the info in the Purchase history section of your My eBay (http://my.ebay.ca)

If it's not there contact the seller (More actions menu next to the purchase) and ask for the tracking number.

If you paid using paypal you can also check the transaction info there.

If you didn't buy using an eBay account or paypal, then I have no idea what to suggest.
