I have tried several times to get an Expedited Label for a shipment within Ontario. I have tried Imperial and Metric, made sure that Canada Post is active and always get a message stating that no rates can be found. Is this happening to others? Anything I can do?

Please review the postal code in your address_from section as it appears that this address is using O's (the letter) instead of zeros. This can be adjusted at https://goshippo.com/user/profile/.
