Why are those advertisments at the bottom of the page always jumping on when I am looking at an item I am interested in?

What are you speaking of with 'jumping' ads? I see nothing of the sort that is jumping anywhere on my page. Maybe you have a issues with malware. Install an Adblocker and your troubles will vanish.

i have 2 ad-blockers and sometimes the adds still get through. and yes they will not allow you to scroll away from them, they keep dragging you to the bottom of the page.

.it is one thing to tell us as sellers we can't use active content, but all of the advertisers can use active content..

oh. that's right  ebay was never meant to be equally fair for everyone..
