Buying batteries from China ??? Read on...

If free postage is the norm ?

If delivery time is  about 45 days ?

If neutral  and negative feedbacks are more than 150  ??

Why will you NOT qualify for your money back ???

Why won't you even be able to leave negative feedback ??

If you haven't received your item after more than 60 days ??

TOUGH LUCK !!!

While Free Postage is becoming more and more an advertising hook even with North American sellers, smart buyers should recognize that what Free really means is "no additional charge because postage cost is included in the asking price'

Also China Post heavily subsidizes the cost of overseas shipping.

It will be if the seller chooses Surface Shipping. Are you willing to pay for Air Mail Delivery?

If the item is not delivered by Day 30, it is time to open an Item Not Received dispute. Do NOT accept an offer of replacement shipping. Do NOT allow more than one more week (Day 37) for receipt before escalating and getting your refund.

If neutral  and negative feedbacks are more than 150  ??

Hmm. Depends on the total number of transactions. With  1000 transactions, 150 negs /neutrals is horrible. With 10,000 transactions, not so bad because: arithmetic.

Why will you NOT qualify for your money back ???

Because you didn't open the Dispute before the 45 day deadline. That's a firm policy.

Because you didn't return an unacceptable item with Confirmation of Delivery. That's another firm policy, and yes, DC service to China will run you $40 or more.

Why won't you even be able to leave negative feedback ??

Because you waited more than 60 days from purchase to leave feedback. The longer deadline allows for Disputes to be resolved.

If you haven't received your item after more than 60 days ??

You may still have time to get a refund through the credit card you really paid with. (Paypal is only a mediator.) Phone the 1-800 number on the back of your credit card and ask about a chargeback. But cards have deadlines too, so don't waste any more time.
