Canada Post not listed as valid carrier when entering tracking information for buyer

I shipped a parcel to the USA using Canada Post. eBay won't let me select Canada Post as the carrier when I manually enter the tracking information.

Now the buyer receives a link to track that points them to USPS but it doesn't find the number because it's the wrong service.

Why is this not available and how do I get it fixed?
