Free Listing promo not functioning, amongst many other things

Just noticed the free listing promo is active, but we are getting charged for each listing in auction format, another glitch designed to inflate the coffers maybe?

i would like my 300 listing fees back please!

Are you using 5, 7 or 10-day listing durations?

The promo doesn't work for other times.
