Gallery images are not visible. Is there a way to fix this?

I use Internet Explorer and for some unknown reason all gallery images are not visible on both Ebay.ca and Ebay.com. I can click on the listing and see the listing photo but not the smaller gallery images seen in a search. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks for any help!

You might want to call or E-mail e-bay like the rest of have been doing this problem has been a pain since February 26th or so...most of us can't see nay photos or icons on our own pages.

I can't see any of the thumbnails. They are all just empty boxes. I was hoping someone may have solved this problem but I will contact them. Hopefully I'll get a response. Thanks for your reply Michelle.

It appears the problem is not at eBay's but the user's end.  Many have suggested running Malwarebytes to solve the problem.  It seems to work.
