How can I request a refund on a large combined order?

How can I request a refund on a large combined order? I bought 17 items and all need to be refunded. Doing each individually is crushingly slow, and ebay won't allow me to give the seller my paypal information (email) so they can refund me manually.

The seller has your email in the Paypal details of the sale.  Go to the sold item, you will find "contact seller".  Ask him to contact you directly, you will then be able to communicate.  Good luck.

The seller may ask for the items to be returned. If he does, use a tracked/Confirmed Delivery service. This can be expensive.

He may be willing to accept photos of damaged products. Ask politely. Sellers are usually amenable to negotiation, since our dislike of phoney claims is offset by not having to deal with eBay/PP claims or getting a box of unsaleable rubble returned.
