Is anyone else's purchase history disappearing?

I called eBay a couple of weeks ago and they said they were working on it, it was something to do with their servers, but it just keeps getting worse. My purchases from this year, except the most recent ones, just vanish completely from My eBay once they're gone from the most recently visible items — I switch over to the Archived view, and there's just nothing there.

I am having the same problem, I'm glad to hear they're working on it. I have not received some items ordered and now I can't see the purchases to take action. Frustrating, hope the fix will be soon.

You should make a support request about it yourself. If more people report the problem, then they have to take it more seriously, and it might get fixed sooner.

mine is gone too **bleep** is going on   this happen right after i make a big purchase too.....
