Having several issues this evening trying to make a new listing through ebay.ca

Unable to change shipping to metric

I click on 'add/remove shipping options', checkmark for metric, change does not save.

new 'shipping preferences' details won't load

I created a shipping preference profile, when I select this profile it doesn't load. The details screen is stuck loading in both Chrome and Firefox.

listing won't complete
I add all of my details, put in weight under imperial just to try and get the listing finished, and all it does is recycle back to the details page. No error messages for missing content or indication why my listing is not complete. I can't proceed past the 'create your listing' section.

What am I missing?

Start with clearing browser cache and cookies. Sometimes (rare) this helps. eBay makes changes on the fly to modules so sometimes you have an old copy of an eBay files in your cache that is used and not the current one. eBay should download the new and clear the old but sometimes it just does not.
