Can't access my Purchase History

I already complained once and was ignored. Every time I click on Purchase History, I'm told that it cannot be accessed and I should try later. I have several issues to address (items not delivered or not corresponding description) and I'm unable to take action.  This has been going on for weeks. I will have to stop purchasing on eBay under these conditions.

Sorry I'm not sure what the problem is but try clicking on help and contact at the top of the page, type in didn't receive an item. It should give you an optipn to open a request which should bring up a list of recent purchases. Click on one that you want to ask about.

 

 

if that doesn't work, you can go to your PayPal account and open an item not received claim in their resolution center.  If possible it's best to open item not as described claims on eBay rather than paypal as eBay requires the seller to pay for return shipping and PayPal requires the buyer to pay.
