No ability to leave Feedback on items that have very long deliveries.

I have several purchases that took 40 plus days to arrive and now the ability to leave feedback is gone. These are shipments from Asia to North America and the delivery times have grown beyond the "estimated delivery time" provided. 

Is there a means of still providing the seller with feedback?

60 days from time of purchase has always been the eBay limit for feedback.

However, if the seller has already left you feedback, you can reply to it with your comments.
