Why are my shipping details blank when trying to post a new listing

First time it has happened, assume it's because of the update. Payment policy, shipping policy, return policy, all blank with no options to select. When I try and create a new one it just says one already exists. Still no option to choose.

Hello,

Yes all my business policies are blank as well when trying to list in ebay.ca  I phoned for support and the ebay person said that it was a glitch in ebay.ca and that they are working on it.  He advised me to use ebay.com where all my business policies are showing up.  The glitch is still evident today again as I just tried to list on ebay.ca a minute ago and the policies are not showing up yet.  Hopefully ebay with give us some free listings to compensate us for this problem.

Go to an old listing and copy your ToS etc to a desktop text document.

Paste into place on your dotCA listings.

This will be faster.

And if you are using parcel rates, you want to use Calculated Shipping on dotCA not the Flat Rate we are forced to use on dotCOM.

Customer service: "What do you mean USPS doesn't operate in Canada?"

Using Sell similar or a brand new from scratch listing?

ebay.CA or ebay.COM ?
