ebay listing calculator not working. browser?

I havent been able to use the listing calculator for several months now. I was using the canada post website calculator as my go to for listings but have found out they do not weed out the minimum dimensions for each postal service (not sure if its just international or canada too at the moment).

Any one else get this message using chrome?

I get  the same "page not responding" with safari (on a mac) and firefox (windows 8 pc)

Anyone know if this is due to a setting I have on my computers?
