lower shipping costs displayed in search results

Lately every item I click on from search results has a slightly higher shipping cost than displayed in the search results.  If something says 15$ shipping it ends up being 19$.

And it seems that every item these days has extra import charges.  All I ever look at is video games, so why should it cost an extra 7-23$ to import a game that weighs less than a pound?

The Global Shipping Program (GSP) from the USA is NOT suitable for most purchases made by Canadians.

It was never meant to be used for low priced items.

Simply ignore those listings or, if you are really really interested,  ask the sellers if they are willing to relist the item for direct shipment to you by USPS (without GSP).
