If you puchased from a seller who uses the GSP, there have been many reports that Pitney Bowes will not ship guitars. And they don't return them to the seller either.

At this point,  stop dealing with either eBay or Paypal.

PP is just a useful mediator.

Go to the credit card you really paid with, phone the 1=800 number on the back and ask for a chargeback.

The clerk will need dates, transaction numbers, payment amounts, currency, import and sales tax charges if any.

She won't be interested in a tale of woe, no matter how frustrated you are. (And nineteen weeks, holy schmoley!). Keep it calm and professional and let her do her job.

It's too late to file a claim on ebay which could be why you're getting that message.

You can file an item not received claim on Paypal for up to 180 days after purchase so you should do that now.
