Is anyone from Canada or .ca having any issues with the current free listing promo of 25,000 that started on Apr.16. I only received it on eBay.com, when most of my business (95%) is through .ca, I know for a fact multiple people have received the promo on both sites or more importantly through .ca. I call eBay HQ talked to a seller specialist who said there is nothing they can do as it is computer generated. I call BS because I looked at my buddies promo and it states this.
This Promotion will begin on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at 00:00:01 PT (12:00AM plus one second), and will end on Saturday, April 26, 2014, at 23:59:59 PT (11:59PM plus 59 seconds), for listings on www.ebay.com. For listings on www.ebay.ca, the Promotion will begin on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at 00:00:01 ET (12:00AM plus one second), and will end on Saturday, April 26, 2014, at 23:59:59 ET (11:59PM plus 59 seconds) (the “Promotion Period”).
It clearly states on .ca as well. I am a power seller/top seller. I have only one cancellation in the past 3 months I sell circles around a couple of my buddies who have received this promo, but I do not get it on .ca? I have no use for the .com free listings just the .ca. I do have a store, so hopefully that wasn't the issue. I just wanted any information from anyone, you'd be much more of a help then eBay's employees. I'm from Canada, so would you give me a promotion on an US site and not Canada site.
