I only want to see & read the Feedback on the item I'm considering buying.  How is it possible to search feedback on Item# from seller. ?

The easiest way, go to the American ebay here,

and use the SEARCH SELLER FEEDBACK  option

Some listings include reviews of the products being offered. The reviews occasionally will also comment on the seller's service.

Feedback basically is about the seller's service, but occasionally will comment on the product purchased.

Once you have researched the product, it is well worthwhile to look at the seller's feedback for patterns especially slow shipping or bad descriptions.

Buyer beware: Ebay has a habit of deleting "neutral" or "negative" feedback, They may as well just write their own reviews.
